Joseph Cassia

Joe founded Gumption, Inc. in 1995 as a full service marketing, website development and promotional products company.
He found that providing a sound marketing plan to each  client as an effective way to contribute to the progress of many of his established business and personal contacts.
Over many years, Joe has acquired diverse experience in many varied types and sizes of business enterprise. He has worked for large scale corporations such as (the now) Verizon and Merrill Lynch, managed mid-size companies such as Thermolux International and Bowry Associates and owned and operated the entrepreneurial companies; Advanced Office Systems and Associated Limousines.
While with the phone company, Joe designed the first content management system for collecting and assembling data from remote locations. With the advent of the Internet, Joe teamed up with former Microsoft developers to create a proprietary web based platform that puts the same extensive power afforded large corporations into the hands of small and medium sized companies.
Using the combination of specific education, a broad experience base and an intimate knowledge of marketplace issues, Joe helps his clients develop new, effective marketing strategies for achieving continued success in both easy and tough economies.
